Key Location
Great experience. Got multiple keys cut for a flat I'm renting out. All of the cut perfectly and different colours which is great. Also had them look at my watch which hasn't worked in years. All fixed and working fine now which is great. Would definately go back again

This store has been the epitome of absolutely appalling service. A store that cannot seem to comprehend taking ownership of its own mistakes, arguing that it is your fault and then acting like children by turning a cold shoulder with no further communication or just hanging up on you mid call. It took me over 2 months to receive any actual help or acknowledgement from the store after a clear mistake on their behalf, as listed below.On 11/07/19 I purchased a brush and what I believed was protective spray from the advice of Julie, I asked a couple times – even pointing my shoes out to her and advising her I’d never brought leather prior so I was at a loss to the types of leathers – she confirmed that they would be suitable.Two days later I returned to the store and was confronted by the older gentleman, Ian?, whom I assume was the manager. He told me the lady was his jewellery expert and I should have spoken to him as this cleaner is not for my shoes and to drop them in the next week after his holiday.A week later on the 25/07/19 my partner dropped the shoes in on my behalf as I was at work for the day. She arrived and was immediately confronted by an aggressive Ian whom, clearly attempting to intimidate, told her I never had the shoes with me. She advised him I had, because I was wearing them. He changed his argument then to saying if I had shown them I would have been given the correct product. My partner then said she hadn’t been in the store so she doesn’t know what happened past walking to the shop with me, he then took the shoes telling her he would take no responsibility for it.16 days went past and I heard nothing back, I was told by Ian that the shoes had to be cleaned slowly and let dry and that his ‘guy’ would be in soon to look at them to re-dye. I went in a few days after and asked to see them; the shoes looked the same as when taken in and appeared untouched.Another 16 days pass with no update from the store, I call and Ian once again tells me his ‘guy’ will be there by the end of the week. Fed up, I call consumer protection for help. Emailed advising the store and had no response. Consumer protection calls and offers my settlement (a refund for my shoes and products brought in store); the offer is declined by the store and offers half in response. I rejected the poor counter offer.On 5/9/19 I collect my shoes to find minimal work done to them as well as further damage from what appeared to be a brush or harsh cloth. Frustrated, I emailed requesting my receipt as I will be taking the matter to magistrates’ court. I received no reply; I called only for Ian to sarcastically give me the response “I don’t know why you’re bothering, it’s a pair of shoes” (if it’s just a pair of shoes, why not refund me for the damage in the first place?) before hanging up on me.This ordeal was drawn out on over 2 months (double the time I had owned the shoes for) with numerous emails, calls and visits at my expense, none of which reciprocated by the store. Then, under the threat of being taken to magistrates court, I receive an email from the owner whom was non-existent up till this point, apologising and offering the compensation I requested for my damaged shoes and refund for products purchased. Better late than never, I suppose.* Photos display the shoe after treatment vs what the colour should be

Needed to get a few keys re-cut for my house. Service was friendly and efficient. The staff talked through the different options available for keys. Will definitely use them again if I need any other keys cut.

Such a great place!I brought a couple of jobs in including some engraving for my best mates birthday and some dress shoes to be re-soled before an event that I had to get done last minute.The engraving was so well done and they added a nice creative tough to it that made it even better. I would recommend to anyone wanting something done.The shoes were done nice and quickly because I was in a rush to get them done and they did such a good job.All in all i had a great experience with the service that they're professional and friendly staff have.

Friendly and helpful staff. They revived my favourite pair of stilettos that I wasn’t ready to let go of, but was sure were destined for the dustbin. They look as good as new! I’m walking tall again and would happily take in the rest of my shoes for repair. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would, my fiance took our wedding rings in to be engraved, paid $50 up front and thought we would get a lovely result. When she returned it looked like a 4 year old had done it! Almost eligible. So upsetting! We now need to get the engraving buffed out at our jewellers. I am speaking with the owner tomorrow to demand a refund.Update: After some persuasion the engraving has been buffed out and a refund was given. Hand engraving is an art and a skill that seems to not be available at this store.

An innocent mistake was made on my engraving and I expressed my concern as it was a Christmas present for my sister... the lovely assistant manager assured me they would do everything they possibly could to fix the mishap. They handled everything extremely professionally and expressed their apologies for the mishap. They got bracelet to almost brand new and engraved everything perfectly. I am extremely happy with the customer service and how when I expressed concerns they made sure to ensure me it would be okay. Highly recommend key location as the number one engraving and all round perfect gift shop.

Ok their key cutting is great but their engraving is fantastic they are able to get instore a huge range of trophy s also told today that quality leather belts are on the way. Most of all the staff are super helpfull and service is great. Thankyou Tess

Shocking. Not happy with my re-soled shoes. Asked for my formal black shoes to be re-soled with rubber rather than leather for dursbility's sake - and got back the cheapest feeling resole job I've ever seen.
